Konami movers are thieves strait up

Konami charged me $6,700 and then stole my whole 2 bedroom apartment. Don’t ever sign a contract that says the movers have 30 days to move your stuff. I’m so upset with myself . Any reviews that are positive for Konami were written by Leia . These guys are professional thieves. The hold your stuff hostage and extort you for more money. They tell you it will only be a few days. Sign this paper that says we have 30 days. Then they take your stuff and forget about you, while they try to find another company that already has a truck going to your area to add your stuff on to. That way they can keep more money. I paid a 1600 deposit to someone in Florida which didn’t even get added to the move. 2,500 to pick up my stuff. Then they tell me it’s another 2500 dollars when they deliver it. Then they keep your stuff . Don’t use these guys . If you already paid a deposit, let it go, or you will lose your stuff..

Long-distance move from California to Idaho

A one Star review is TOOOOOO MIGH!

I have meticulously read through all of the reviews and can say that I have had the exact same problem as all others. I DIDN'T read these BEFORE my move because MY mover..ARROW-MOVING (TRUCKING) company is who I actually hired..swore up , down and sideways that they were NOT brokering out my move. That my move would be on two 26', DEDICATED to my move, trucks. Joseph said I could write my name on tape across the doors and the same two trucks would show up at delivery. WRONG WRONG WRONG!! I didn't know my things had been transferred to an Executive semi until I called days later and found out my things were sitting in a warehouse in Vegas waiting for another household to load onto my semi brokered by Arrow to Executive. I ended up having THREE other homes on my truck. The damages were countless. They stole every one of my husbands crow bars, his refrigerator dolly, his flat four wheel dolly and countless tools. We were told by one of our actual movers that the warehouse in Vegas is a free for all for their employees to "shop" from your items. He said they are all on camera but nobody cares to watch. So all of you who have had similar problems..well all of you..the thing to do is to complain to DOT using their DOT number..2091682 fmcsa.dot.gov/protect-yo…. I was told this is the only place that will hit them in the heart. Also complain to Consumer Affairs. consumeraffairs.nv.gov/A… and of COURSE BBB!! We all need to rally to shut this dishonest, deceitful company down.

Now a lesson for you newbies: KNOW that the Salesperson is selling you a move. They will then contract your move to (Broker it) a company such as these liars. Executive. BE POSITIVE the company you hire is the company who shows up.how could I know Executive was this bad since I had NO IDEA I had hired them..because I didn't! So find out who is actually moving you! My salesperson, JOE M-------I probably doesn't exist. (Alias) He bad mouthed another company called Revolution Moving Systems after I talked with their sales rep, a girl who called herself SARAH. WOW, just wow..after going back and forth between Joseph and Sarah trying to decide which company to go with, Joseph was the "better talker" and won my business. This only happened because when I blocked Sarah from calling me, she called me from her daughters cell phone (JADE) and when I looked that number up on Facebook what do I find? Sarah and Desiree are one and the same!! Desiree is a person who had MANY bad reviews with Revolution Moving Systems so I am now thinking she has an alias! So, bottom line folks, the salespeople at the company you thought you hired talk a good game and simply SELL, pulling your heart stings and getting into your personal life. They RELATE to you, reeling you in. Talk about your family all while laughing at you behind your back. Promises never kept. When it is all over and you are ready to put a bullet in your brain, they conveniently disappear off the face of the earth. If any of you have dealt with a Joseph M, know him or know where I can find him..I would happily fly to Vegas to deal with him face to face. He related to me about my older mom who I was taking care of, my four dogs I rescued, all the stresses of life I was going through..took the whole thing personal while he LIED about everything. Top it off, he has over 20 phone numbers but now he can't be reached at any of them. Here are some..and you will find that all of the customer service people..Tiffany, Karen, Jessica, Kassie and Kayla (THE MANAGER) all sit in the same little office and not ONE of them knows who Joseph is??HE booked my move with them so how could they not!? They are all very good at what they do..LIE! . Here are loads of numbers to avoid!

Executive moving and storage.

Executive Moving and Storage did a great work and they deserve the compliment. For a price of 12 hundred dollars they gave me a wonderful value for my money and they didn't disappoint with the service, they are professionals who definitely know their field. They have a good phone service that helped me a lot with figuring out what I need to do, it's not easy to move and I felt much better to know that someone who is a professional is giving me the right advice and taking care of all my things. Good service is not a trivial thing these days so they deserve the pat on the back, they where exceptional.

Long-distance move from Fremont, CA to Seattle, WA

Do Not Even Consider - no Matter What!

Our furniture was scheduled to be picked up on Dec. 24, but was picked up on Dec 28 - after numerous calls. The furniture was supposed to be delivered no later than January 5. Our furniture was finally delivered - most of it BROKEN and DAMAGED - late evening on January 15, 2018, however, none of it was reassembled and set up as Coastal Moving and Storage, (the company that hired Executive) promised it would all be in the binding agreement. The driver, Lorenzo, said he was "not contracted to set up, but only to deliver." He then demanded we sign and pay at least $250 extra. We had already been charged an extra $900+ after pickup or else they "would hold our furniture and we could rack up more fee." NUMEROUS THREATS. They finally adjusted the fee back down closer to the agreed price.

Numerous items are broken and damaged, and we have documented and taken pictures of everything.
This is all brand new furniture, just a few months old, and we have receipts.
We have filed a claim with the BBB, as well as directly with the company, both electronically, and by US mail.

Late pickups and deliveries - Extra charges - Broken & Damaged items - Numerous threats - Truly Scammers and Dishonest people!

Apparently they used to operate under West Coast Movers, then were shut down, but reopened under this name. We are not even sure they have a valid license to transport furniture at this point!

Just DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.

Long-distance move from Vernal, UT to Annapolis, MD

Move from Utah to Maryland.

Recovering from a hysterectomy was easier than dealing with these amateurs. They didn’t show up when they were supposed to, they took my furniture from Eastern Utah 500 miles west to Las Vegas where it sat for three weeks and then when my stuff finally did come, I’ve found three boxes of broken dishes. I’ve only unpacked six boxes. These people are liars and cheats. When you try to call customer service, they put you on hold for upwards of 10 minutes and then hang up on the call when you hit the 10 minute mark. They don’t return phone calls and tell you what they think you want to hear. Not the truth, but whatever gets you off the phone. And then to have my belongings treated like garbage is just the icing on the cake. You know the first scene in Ace Ventura when he’s “delivering” the package? That’s how my stuff got treated.
If you like being treated like garbage and like being lied to, by all means, go with these guys. They excel at really bad customer service.

This rating should start with a decimal point.

We contracted with "American Movers and Storage." The drivers showed up, 2 days late, in an Enterprise 26' rental truck, and the manifest papers said "Executive Moving and Storage"

I am beginning to set forth the full sorry story of the $17k mess they dealt us. See

They finally arrived, 6 days late. Many of our belonging are broken or damaged.

They have had Moving Truck Stolen more than 5 times!

Warning!! I lost all my life possessions working this Executive Movers and Storage. The moving truck with the belongings of 3 families was stolen on Thanksgiving. I was told the day after and told I had to file my own police report!! I asked if it had happened before and the company said no. I later found out that it happened more than 5 times!! I am still waiting for my small settlement because I checked the box for weight versus items. If you checked items it would have cost thousands of dollars.

The company has been unresponsive with an absentee owner. High employee turnover especially after each incident. I was the one who told the Broker, Atlas Movers that my truck was stolen. When the truck was found, mostly empty, I was told by the detective not by Executive Movers and Storage. Horrible communications. Unprofessional customer service. They could not give me an inventory of the recovered items so I flew to Vegas, rented my own truck to drive my few recovered items home. Their place is a dump in a bad neighborhood. The security camera " was not working and the truck was out of sight" All my recovered boxes were smashed. I am still fighting them for my small claim. I am helping the detective working the investigate why over and over again entire moving trucks are stolen from their unprotected parking lot.

Regarding the moving process itself. Warning!
The Penske truck they used was unmarked, and had no GPS. They said they were picking up my goods at noon, and arrived at 8PM and held me hostage threatening to cancel the move if I would not pay the up charge. I didn't accept the increased changes, and I should have cancelled the move!! The movers were on there cell phones all night, doing what? One was asleep in the truck in the end. There was no time or energy and we argued over the bill and their labeling of things. eg. Large sofa for my small lounge. They repacked some of my real valuables for Free! All the people associated with the move are no longer working with the company. I feel violated and treated with no respect. My husband and I had to fly out to Vegas to drive home a few of the items recovered. When I opened a few of the smashed boxes, I saw they were retapped and other people things were in my box. Not all the stickers were on the boxes. I spent thousands of dollars flying, driving and renting a truck to recover my personal items that were not useful to the robbers. All my valuable life possessions are gone. I am trying to find all the other victims. Please don't become a victim. Ask your broker who your movers are and ask them if they have ever had all the goods stollen, truck and all!. Do your homework. Check on your home owners insurance. Mine kicked in some, but who ever expects to lose everything. Who ever expects to be treated the way I have been treated. Watch out if you use this company.

The Absolute Worst.

Lied about pick up date. Lied about delivery date. Took a month. Items badly handled in their Las Vegas warehouse. Damage to 55 inch TV. BIKE broken. Cement table top smashed in corners. Leather on bed ripped and dented from weight on it. Driver was incompetent had to get a more expensive u haul to deliver. They are liars and thugs only in Vegas should never be in
Business. And I only got them through a broker called MOVING PROS US. ASK if you being brokered before you sign up so you don’t get unprofessional lying thugs like executive moving out of Las Vegas. My cost ended up doubled to repair or replace their mess.

Long-distance move from Folsom, CA to Crossville, TN

Lost a lot of my cherished, one-of-a-kind items, put me in danger.

First I apologize this is so long, this has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had. I am absolutely sick over the loss of so many of my items - my recently deceased mother's hand painted art, her mementos, my deceased father's items, an entire cedar chest full of them, all lost. They lost big furniture and many boxed items full of irreplaceable items. I am devastated. They do not return my calls, do not reply to my emails. When I do talk with them they say they are too busy to try to find out where all my stuff is. They say they will talk to the driver, and 'may' contact customers before and after my drop to see if they have any of my stuff. One of the truck driver's drops called me from Louisiana, because they received a box of some of my important and confidential papers - they found my phone number and called me. They since found a couple other boxes of my stuff, but I am missing so many things. How does this happen, you ask? Well I did to. I was not told by the broker Moving Pros US that my stuff would be picked up in a large 26' truck then taken to a warehouse, unloaded and put on a semi for transportation. My stuff was moved at least 4 times. The guy I talked with who had received some of my stuff said his was transferred more times than that. Well, that also explains why so much of my stuff was damaged and broken. One of the other inexcusable things the truck driver did was to hire two guys off Craigslist to pose as movers to unload the truck. Well these Craigslist movers were both injured (one recovering from a broken arm, one had a hernia, one was just released from a 15-year prison sentence in Texas! Plus they hardly did anything. The truck driver left without me getting the opportunity to verify I had everything and he left me with a full U-Haul and the two ex-felon druggies. I am an elder woman living here alone and they came into my house and unloaded things before I realized it. I had to pay them an additional $200 per the trucker, but let them go as soon as I found out. One of them is still harassing me with phone calls. I had to hire other, more professional movers to move me out of the U-Haul and into the house, and reassemble my furniture. This was an absolute nightmare, and still is. I paid more than 3x what I was quoted by the boker, and now I don't have my stuff, missing 1 out of 4 dining chairs, nightstand, chest of drawers - all with stuff inside! I am sick, absolutely sick! I do not recommend either of these terrible, terrible companies. They take your money, ask for more, then won't respond when you have a problem. I don't know if I will ever get my stuff back and am just devastated. I regret with all my being for ever hiring either of these companies for my move and if I can save at least one other person or family by letting them know to steer far away from them then that will help me sleep at night.

Long-distance move from Arizona to Massachusetts

Disappointment with Executive Moving company.

Our family was totally disappointed in this company. Although the seller seemed nice, and gave us a quote that we thought we could handle (at around $8,000 to $9,000), we were totally unprepared for the final price (of $18,275 for the move from Arizona to Massachsetts. My husband lost his entire retirement money becuase of this! Now he has to start all over again at his new job, which brought us to Massachusetts in the first place. We did enjoy the movers who loaded our belongings in Arizona, but they came a day later than planned, and then had to get another truck after finding out that our 3 beroom house had more than what they thought. Although we agreed with  the seller that a large truck would probably handle our belongings better, we were quite surprised to see the smaller truck.  Because of this oversight, we were two days later in getting away from our previous home. This meant that we were not able to visit with our family in Ohio as much as we had hoped in our travels between Arizona and  Massachusetts. They also packed my husband's laptop into a box and we were quite distressed, as he was hoping to use it for his new employer. (We fortunately got it back at our new house, unlike many other household items..)   Our biggest disappointment was te length of time that it took for the company to deliver our belongings, and the losses that we took from the damage and loss of property. None of our fuirniture arrived without some kind of damage. My husband and I are still in the process of replacing the headboard to our bed as it was a complete loss (one side completely broken off!) Three of our dressers were a complete loss, and several bookshelves were total losses. Most of our furniture was of high quality, as it was purchased by the Sauder Furniture company, and I never expected it to be damaged as much as it was. Even a large cabinet was blemished by the tape they put on it.. Now there is a huge streak across it! I even had it locked, and it still came open on its own after getting the tape off!  I was also totally disgusted in the way my piano was handled. I swear the movers completely flipped it over when they brought it into my house. I am surprised that it still plays, but I have to be cautious when I sit down to play, as the bench had a large strip totally torn off the back. I just wish this company knew how much grief that they have caused to our family. My son, who is an adult with special needs, lost an entire set of books that he had held onto for several years. It was a Classic Series of Disney movies (at least 36) and they were his treasure! My husband and I also lost 3/4 of the books that we had packed, and several were  handed down by family members.  What is the justice in this? This company does not seem to care about a person's lifestyle!I don't know how many times I heard the delivery supervisor complain about how much we had, and he didn't even see all of it! And he wasn't even conducive to my physical handicap. They came 8-9 days later than we expected as it was, and therefore my husband could nt be available to assist me, as he had started his new job the day before. To top it off, the supervisor was rude to me and my son, and he could see that we were disabled, also! Even when I asked that they not smoke near the house due to my pulmonary problems and allergies, they still managed to tax me, and they did not back off until I put my oxygen back on. I was completely exhausted by the time they left, as my son and I never had a break. My son and I had to move some things around (while they took breaks and ate) just so that the fellas could get other things into the house. We never got a break and we never got a bite to eat until they left which was well after the supper hour. Again, where is the justice in this? My husband and I have tried to contact the company at least 4 times by email and phone to try and find the rest of our property, and we are still sitting in the dark, as there has been no return messages whatsoever. I certainly hope that they read this and see how they have turned our lives around forever. We were hoping that they could help us even move other property that still sits in storage in Arizona, but I don't think that will happen, as they took every resource we had jsut to get what we have now. I was really looking forward to a new start in our new house, and unfortunately, it has not been very positive, as Executive Movers has heavily dampend our trust into a company that supposedly has a high rating and is BBB certified.

The Worst Company Ever!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!  This was the worst moving company/experience we could have imagined.  I’ll give you the highlights of our experience.
·         The movers showed up almost 30 hours late
·         There was little/no communication from Executive.  Every time we called we would get the run-around, no one knew where the truck was or why it was late, were told someone would call us back, etc.
·         It took 3 (very slow and unprofessional) men 5 hours to unload our apartment.  For comparison, it took 3 men 2 hours to load it a year before.
·         After everything was loaded we were charged almost $900 over our additional quote.  We later found out they low quote people on purpose so their price is the best.
·         We were told it would take 7-10 days for our stuff to reach its destination.  It took 20.
·         Again, no one knew why our stuff hadn’t left yet.  Every time we called (almost daily) we were told it was about to leave.  Or no one answered.  The dispatch guys, Michael and Anthony, were so difficult to get ahold of I eventually had to threaten to call the police to get them to tell us where our stuff was.
·         When our stuff finally did arrive the damage was unbelievable.  Dents in  and chunks of wood missing out of our wood furniture the movers wrapped, plastic bins to mutilated the lids no longer fit, a bedframe so destroyed it couldn’t be put back together, a bookshelf that never arrived, etc.  Well over $1,000 in damage
·         We also had over $1,000 in extra expenses for our travels because our stuff was gone for so long, but Executive refused to acknowledge that they were at all in the wrong or that they were deceitful in their business practices.  CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A NIGHTMARE.
·         After filing a claim with their insurance company, Executive tried to settle (8months later) by compensating us $116.  But we would have to sign a non-disclosure agreement and promise never to tell anyone how awful our experience with them had been.  We opted to refuse the money and warn as many people as we possibly could.  THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

Do not use this company.

Do Not use this company! After talking with the owner on a few occasions I wrote this letter below and we spoke again, he asked me to give him until Monday to reply. Well that was almost a month ago, did not call me and won't return my calls or emails.Micheal,Now that we finally have our belongings, I would like to discuss the move with you and see were we on before I do anything else. I will give you a few quick highlights:We choose your company for two reasons, price and timing. We were promised a 7 to 10 day window, in writing. Please note we knew it was a holiday prior to committing to the time frame and the cars made it her within the time frame. The move was supposed to be on Friday the 19th, your crew showed up at 5pm on the 19th. They took one look at the work order and stated that this load should have been the first load and not the second of the day and that there was no way they would be able to do the load that day. They worked for a few hours and returned the next day to complete the job, we finished around 2 or 3 pm. On the 19th we had to stay at a local hotel as all the beds were already taken apart. So we started off a day late, which delayed our trip and as we were driving we were a day late in getting into NC and did not arrive until Christmas eve. After the holidays we called your office and were told our move was on its way and that we would get a call on Sunday to update us as to when we would receive the truck. I did not receive, so I called and was informed at that the truck had left that morning as it was waiting for a shipment to New York which was running late. When I called on Monday I was told that the load still had not left but that it would that day.The reason we wanted the move to be completed in the 7 to 10 windows was due to the fact we were getting married on the first with a few family and friends and as we were cooking (crazy to cook your own wedding but its what we do) my smoker and items I needed were on the truck. We borrowed some items and purchased the others that we needed.Anyway on New Years eve I found out the truck had still not left, but was assured it would. On Saturday the 3rd, when I called I found out the truck had still not left! They said it would leave that day and I would have the stuff on Wednesday or Thursday, well we finally got our stuff on Sunday after being told every day that it would be there the following day. Please note upon delivery, no inventory was taken by your driver, we have no idea if all of our stuff is here and due to the fact that some went into storage it might be some time before we find out. There seems to be one rug missing and some damaged items (how do we proceed on the damaged items?). Also no one put any of the items back together that needed to be put back together, not a big deal but want you to be aware. The delays and outright lies from your company have cost me money, time and aggravation, Brittney stated that we would be compensated for all the issues once the job was complete. At no time did I ever stat that I would not pay for the load, as I know you would not deliver if I had.I would like to know now how you plan to compensate me for this disaster of a move,  I will expect to hear from you by end of business today. If you choose not to respond today, I will then take what ever actions I deem necessary to correct this issue.Sincerely,Scott A. Appell.

Do Not Use These Guys!!

Do not use these people under any circumstances. They were days late in their promised pickup time. They moved my furniture from Redondo Beach to a Las Vegas warehouse instead of to Bonita Springs FL. They then demanded $800.00 additional to the $1500.00 I already paid to complete the move. This was a one bedroom apartment and the move cost me $2400.00. They had no good explanation why it was going to be so much more.. I had no choice but to pay the extra money as there was no other way to  get my belongings. I have read on Google that others have had this experience. When the furniture finally arrived it was days later than promised and I was in Europe. I had to fight with the driver who tried to extort more money from me by saying he couldn't get the truck close to my condo. I knew this to be untrue since I have moved in and out of this condo before. They basically threw my belongings into my condo and did not set up the furniture as was promised, instead, asking $200.00 cash from my neighbor to do the setup. They destroyed a desk and nightstand in the process and "lost" my surround sound bar. They offered me through arbitration $200.00 total. I refused because they cost me a work day to set everything up myself and replacement of the lost and broken items was going to be at Least $1,000.00. Had I accepted this offer I would not have been able to warn others of the outrage this company perpetrated on me.

Worst Experience Ever.

Worst moving company in the world. Damage to countless antiques, stolen items, charged me more than what was quoted. Never got a dime to replace anything. They have no idea how to pack your item without them getting broken. They put lamps and shades in a box and threw items on top of them. Threw an open bottle of mouthwash in a box that drained out over everything inside. I was never reimbursed for any of the damage. They lost the keys to my antique hutch and I still can't get the doors open. DON'T EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

I am Happy I Went With Them.

I RECEIVED MY ITEMS LAST WEEK. THE WHOLE PROCESS MOVING WITH THEM WAS AWESOME. I spoke to leah. She was very nice and made me feel like I was choosing the right company for my move. She explained everything to me perfectly. I did have more boxes than I thought and forgot to call her but when the guys loaded all my items they didn't even charge me for them because leah gave me some extra space which was great. Don't get me wrong she charged me in advance for the extra space just in case but I'm glad she did. The guys wrapped my furniture and took the items apart and did everything she said they would do. It took them exactly 10 day to deliver she told me it would be about 2 weeks but I can't complain about that either since I was sleeping on an air mattress and super happy my stuff got there. Overall I would say this company is worth using and I would recommend them to my friends.

Horrible Move from Illinois to Nevada.

The movers came to pick up my things, charged me $800 more then the quote because my bed was larger then they expected. Next thing I know my charge doubled!

I did not receive one phone call during the move when I was told that I would get a call when the movers left Chicago and again when they arrived in Nevada. That obviously did not happen. Then I missed work 2 mornings because the movers said "they were coming." Finally, the day came when they were at my apartment and when I said I was going to leave work, they told me to "hurry it up."

After rushing to my apartment so they would not leave with my belongings, they started bringing things in and I had a chair broken and they misplaced my other chair and leaf to make a full dining set. Still cannot find my furniture and dealing with them has been a horrific experience. DO NOT USE.

Local move from Victorville, CA to Los Angeles, CA

This company is a joke!!

My household goods were not picked up. When the truck came it was nearly full and they wanted for me to let them take a little of my stuff instead of the full list of items given to them based on the square footage that they knew about. I gave them a break this time and they said that they would come back. They rescheduled the date. Now, today they are suppose to come but I get a call from them that they will have to reschedule because there is not enough room on their truck. I had to fork out money up front and this is absurd. I will never use this company. Local moves may be ok, but not out of state. It's a joke!!

Long-distance move from Sebring, FL to Casa Grande, AZ

Positive experience with Eli, driver, Executive Moving.

We recently contracted to have a large household items moved from Florida to Arizona with Moving Mania. Our experience with Moving Mania was at best a one star and that is being generous. Moving Mania subcontracted with Executive Moving. Eli from Executive Moving called to arrange delivery a day ahead of schedule. He did a fantastic job of getting the item to us timely, unloaded safely and set where we needed it. He was courteous, friendly, professional, skilled and went above and beyond to ensure it was done safely and correctly. We would recommend him personally.

Long-distance move from California to Kansas

Worst Moving Company EVER.

This company is a joke, lets start with that. How did they get a full-star rating is beyond me! We moved from California to Kansas just a couple of months ago and the stress that we went through to just move our stuff across the country, cannot be explained. These "movers" showed up 3 days late and the evening before our flight to Kansas though they were scheduled to arrive almost a 1 1/2 week before. When they came, they bought the tiniest truck imaginable to move our three bedroom apartment despite knowing we have a lot of stuff. They then said they obviously cannot fit everything in their truck (duh!) so they will take half today and half on Friday (when I have left for Kansas already) There wasn't much I could do and had to get my stuff out of my apartment..at least as much as I could. I left for Kansas the next day and my friend had to come in and get the rest of the stuff moved out. Now here comes the money drama: they had originally asked me for $2,888. The guy had calculated it for me and showed me the price that would be for the ENTIRE move. I had agreed. Once I left Kansas, the dudes that came to pick the rest of my stuff on Friday come and tell me, it will be an additional $2,000 as they need to open a new contract because it will be counted as a "new" move. After arguing with them for over 4 hours, I managed to convince them to load up the stuff and bring it to me and then we'll talk. They agreed. Upon arrival in Kansas, my server, my dining table, two office tables, two headboards, one night table were all damaged. One office table was completely destroyed, and one table's entire side was chipped off. And a carton was missing. Once they unloaded the stuff, I went to check how much space in the truck my stuff really took and it wasn't more than 1000 cu. ft, but they charged me for 1,400 cu ft.! I payed an extra $2,000-something to movers who damaged and stole more than half of my stuff! How are they a business is beyond me!

Long-distance move from Nevada to Florida

Complaint.

This company is terrible. Late P U. Crushed boxes, damaged items, missing items, once truck was loaded, charged us an add'l $2800. over estimate. Once the sale was made, no communication from their sales dept. They promised not to "broker" my load and the load was delivered on a brokered truck. 1 delivery person did not speak or read english. Boxes were placed in wrong rooms. DO NOT use this company. I have moved 2 other times professionally and the moves went without a hitch. These guys are the furthest from professional. BEWARE.

Long-distance move from Utah to North Dakota

Crooks, Thieves, Charlatans!!

Was lied to every step of the way. Salesman were sweet as can be until the contract was signed and then the salesman mysteriously was unreachable. The individual in charge of dispatch was a rude, condescending [EDIT] (nicest words I can come up with).
Despite my protests the day of the move they showed up with a truck that was half-full already--necessitating leaving a bunch of my stuff in my old garage until they could dispatch another truck to take it to storage.  It was then taken back to Vegas, moved who knows how many times and then packaged on another truck.
The truck also had the name of a different moving company (one that has horrible reviews) leaving me to question if this is just rebranding for a crappy company that wanted a fresh start.
End result--almost every piece of furniture I own was damaged in some way.  Corners were smashed in, legs of chairs snapped, treadmill left in pieces. Thousands of dollars of damage.
And then--they were kind enough to refer me to the third party impersonal internet site that handles the moving claims and 120 days later I get a slap in the face in the form of a low-ball offer that covers essentially nothing.
I expect a few dings and even a few breaks in a big move. But the level of dishonesty, rudeness and lack of professionalism displayed by "Executive" moving and storage is truly remarkable.
Please do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs.

Long-distance move from California to Florida

A good Moving company.

Hi,
My name if Walter and I would like to reccomand the guys who've helped me with my move to the east coast, to be honest I had my concerns about them after reading some reviews here on this site but they explained to me that the reviews are'nt genuine and being posted by their competition. I took a chance and I have to say that I can't complain about my expirience with them.
They were good, on time price was good ($1,855), they took their time to pack but I think I would rather wait another hour than having my stuff get damaged along the way so that is fine by me.

I can't relate to these complaint below, I feel good about my choice to move with them and reccomand it to every person who reads this review.

Kathy, my representative was so nice and kind, I promised her I will return a favor and I'm happy to do so.

Long-distance move from Nevada to Arizona

Please stay away from this company.

In dealing with Executive Moving out of Las Vegas, it was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience.  To start off brief and direct, PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY.  There were no follow-up calls, rude customer service, broken belongings, missing items, and ignored calls and messages.  If you want details, read on…..  It seemed as though they were great, until they had my money.  I was dealing with Kathy and Steven in the setup of the move, after that is when the problems start.  I was told I would get a confirmation call the day before the pick-up, when I received no call throughout the day I called them in the evening, no one called back so I emailed Kathy who finally got dispatch to call me.  They claimed their truck was broke down and would not make it for my pick-up date (Tuesday,) it would be Thursday or Friday.  Throughout the week, again no call, I kept calling and on Friday they finally called me back and were picking up on Saturday.  I was moving for my job, so all of this delayed my travels to the new city by three days.  I voiced my frustrations to dispatch who told me “I should find another company then.”  At that point I had already inquired with other companies and it was too late.  Things happen out of our control, yes.  I would not blame them for a broken down truck, but it is also important to keep the lines of communication open, isn’t it?? My belongings arrived from NV to AZ in two business days, good timing.  But belongings were broken that they had wrapped themselves, I did not notice until after the truck left and I am unpacking.  I had a broken shelf AND an LCD TV!!  I also had a missing picture.  I called to file a claim and was told to call customer service, what seemed to be someone inconspicuous cell phone and nothing other than “this is customer service, leave a message.”  In the midst of trying to get settled in my new home and job, two weeks later I still have yet to receive and call back from their “customer service department”.  I also emailed Kathy with no response. I was told by the driver who came to pick my stuff up that there are constantly complaints of similar issues when he shows up for a move, that people are misled, and service is terrible.  After this experience, the stress of moving and starting a new job, I would not recommend using this company.  It was very worrisome questioning if they were going to pick up my stuff and when.  I had considered at one point that the company was a scam but Kathy kept reassuring they were not, and by the time the move came around it was too late to book with another company.  I wanted to spend the time to write my experience in hopes I can deter other consumers in having the same stressful experience I did. .

Long-distance move from Arizona to Florida

Totally unprofessional and unethical.

Worst experience. Never choose this movers you will end up in complete mess. They gave a lesser quote and day of the move they doubled the quote and you will not have any choice ending up paying that amount and it didn't stop at that. First of were very late first of all then two guys came to my place not intereseted to pack the things, complaining so many items to pack, ofcourse the price for packing was covered as part of my  bill.  Then they told it will take 12 hours to pack and they know our flight is in next 12 hours. They were threating that we might end up breaking the TV during the move so better take insurance. AND finallay I got pissed off  and told I cancelled the move and they were saying we will charge upto 80$ for waiting charage, really unprofessional.   I would suggest go for a professional movers even if it cost lettle higher. Do end up like mine.
